Shannon Santamaria

Founder / CEO

Shannon is wife to Carlos and mom to five, and enjoys time with her two step grand-daughters. Her daughter, Stacey, is the namesake of the organization. Shannon has previously owned her own successful business, homeschooled all five children and is involved in her church. She also was the founder and facilitator of Creatively Created, a church based program serving families with special needs which she ran for a decade.  Shannon enjoys speaking to women and encouraging them to make the Choice to Rejoice in all things. She can often be found by the fire-pit making s’mores or sliding across the kitchen tile in her fuzzy socks.  She also loves to meet friends for coffee or ice cream and play cards while they visit.


Kelly Pounder

Vice President/Board Member

Kelly is wife to Joe and mom to two adult children, one who recently married. Kelly is a confident leader with great insight and brings HFFS her knowledge and professional experience. Her business experience comes from being a Bank Branch Manager for eleven years and an Executive Administrative Assistant at a large school for nine years. Kelly and Joe are new “empty-nesters” and enjoy hiking and bike rides. She also has a knack for upcycling furniture and has tender heart for others.


Laura McCullough

Treasurer/Board Member

Laura is wife to Doug and mom to three.  Laura has played a vital role in the success and growth of Learning Tree Preschool over the last 13 years, as the Site Director of the East Lancaster facility where she oversees 80 students and 10 staff. Laura has a heart for the disabled community. She has a compassionate heart and brings a soothing spirit to families during crisis. Laura brings a valuable balance to HFFS with her management and organizational skills. Laura’s favorite free time activity these days is to snuggle her new grandbaby.


Amberley Stegner

Secretary/Board Member

Amberley is wife to Josh and has three children. She has experience being a caregiver for persons with disabilities. She is full of energy and her positive outlook is an asset to this organization. Amberley brings HFFS a wealth of knowledge with her education and background in food sciences, physical training and fitness. Amberley is constantly serving the community by being involved in various childrens programs and music ministry in her church. When she’s not chasing her kiddos, her family enjoys camping and finding adventure together and she loves teaching cycling classes at the local YMCA.


Rob Talbot

Board Member

Rob is an active business member in the community. He is husband to Wendy and father of three. Rob has faithfully served the homeless at Grace Resources on a monthly basis and is characterized by his servant nature and willingness to help others. His professional experience is a valuable asset to our Board. Rob is currently the CEO/Partner of Keller Williams AV. He has served on local charity boards in the past and loves to serve in his church as well. When he’s not coaching others through business growth, he can be found off roading in his Jeep with his family and friends.
